Terms of Service

Belvi (operated by Issam Messaoudi, rue du Chêne 1, 1000 Brussels, Belgium) designs and runs curated travel escapes: accommodation, group activities, local transport and on-site crew.

When you reserve a seat, you choose a payment plan: full payment, a deposit followed by installments, or payment from your Belvi wallet. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are per person and exclude flights unless stated otherwise.

Your wallet holds credit you load in advance. Credit never expires and can be withdrawn at any time. Flash deals are reserved for members with wallet credit, which is why keeping a balance gives you access to last-minute prices.

Free cancellation up to 45 days before departure. After that, refunds depend on the trip and are handled case by case. Travel insurance is recommended and can be added at checkout.

Belvi is a community. We expect everyone to treat fellow travelers and crew with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour endangers the group, without refund.
