Wallet Terms

The Belvi wallet is a prepaid credit balance inside your account. You load money when it suits you and spend it on trips, deposits and flash deals.

You can top up from €10 by card (Stripe) or bank transfer. Credit is added to your balance immediately after the payment clears.

Wallet credit never expires. You can withdraw your unused balance at any time; the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Flash deals are last-minute releases reserved for members with wallet credit. Claiming a flash deal locks the price; your wallet is debited immediately.

We may place a temporary hold on your wallet if we detect suspicious activity. Belvi reserves the right to close accounts used for fraud or abuse, without prejudice to your legal rights.
